The Smooth Assault is a portfolio of design work by me; Matt Easom. The portfolio will cover a wide range of mediums, and contain commissioned as well as personal work and projects.

The Smooth Assault started in 2005 as a portfolio website (smoothassault.co.uk) currently it remains unfinished due to work commitments and no free time. Yet already I am thinking smoothassaultv2 is in order. It seems your design style can change a lot in a year. The name 'Smooth' and the logo design has come from my stencil graffiti tag I started doing way back in 2004, and still going strong. Though mainly canvas work nowadays. I like to think I still inject some of that edgy graffiti style into my more commercial works.

This DeviantART account will contain much of the work I put on Smooth Assault, and possibly some works in progress. Maybe some of my more illegal graffiti that isn’t suitable for the portfolio site too.

As with the Smooth Assault site, updates to this account will be slow due to the sheer weight of work I always have on. But rest assured I will be silently checking in on a regular basis.
